Here are some of our favorite camping accessories that we use in our Leisure Travel Van.
Marchway Camp Chair
We love this chair because it weights just 3.7 lbs. and folds down to 17 x 6.6 x 5.5 inches, making it easy to tuck away in any of the storage cabinets on our LTV. It’s easy to assemble and we find it very comfortable. Most important it’s easy to get out of. Tip: if you get this or any other chair like it, you can stow the storage bag during use by hooking it over the seat supports before you add the chair fabric to the frame.
John Frieda Hot Air Brush
I often hear women complain that they can’t use their hairdryer while camping without shore power unless they start the generator. My regular hair dryer pulls 1800 watts, so it’s not a great option for use in the camper, but this air brush is rated at only 500 watts and does a great job of drying and styling my hair while on the road. It’s suggested you let your hair air dry awhile before using it, so for women with really thick hair, this might not be an option, but my thin hair air dries pretty quickly so I can easily use this to finish off the drying and add some style. It’s great for touchups between washings as well.
