Comments: Picked a date that was convenient for us and was accommodated. We had a front end alignment completed and they automatically replaced the camber bolts. The total cost of the work was $300 with parts and labor. The Sprinter technician is named Paul and very good. We used this facility twice and was very happy with their work and professionalism. Another Sprinter van arrived without an appointment and they managed to work in him that day.

Comments: Mgr – Joe Cameron. Installation of Sumo Springs, Sway Bar and Koni Shocks Do a lot of work on Mercedes Sprinter Vans and are familiar with our LTVs as the owner of the shop owns one.

Service Performed: Installed New Rear Shocks. Installed Wheel Lug Nut Covers.
Evaluation of Service: Scheduling of appointments is easy, and online. They are as accommodating as possible. On the Wheel Lug Nut Covers, the owner actually picked them up from a local supplier, himself, and delivered them to this location so they could be installed to fit my schedule. Service Manager and Owner and Techs could not be nicer! They can handle the Unity-sized RVs in their Service Bays. They have always been professional and courteous to deal with. I love their Commitment to Service Ideals-type statements displayed in their front office area. The owner participates in the better-known Sprinter-based RV Forums, and is an RV owner himself. They SPECIALIZE in Sprinter chassis-related work — not the Leisure house portion.

I live one hour from Eugene and I won’t hesitate to make the drive again if my RV should need any service work in the future I highly recommend Stadium Automotive.

Mercedes-Benz of Medford

Medford, Oregon 97504 (click for map)
Comments: Pretty much an all day appointment. The usual under the hood fluids change and replace. Topped off DEF, windshield cleaner, checked coolant; changed key battery. Thorough bumper to bumper inspection including brakes, tires, and all mechanical components. Were given a complimentary car to drive while the van was in the shop and the van was washed and vacuumed. All staff were friendly and the lounge well appointed. Cost of “A” service $376.38. I recommend this shop if you are in need of service in the Southern Oregon area. A lot of Northern California customers use this shop.

Service Performed: B service plus additionals
Evaluation of Service: I purchased my Leisure Travel TB used in October of 2017. Johnson RV in Sandy OR said all the services were up to date. This spring, I received a recall notice regarding the passenger side air bag but no parts were available. In the fall, I contacted the dealership and they said parts were not available but they would need to order them. We agreed on a date and I asked about any service that should be completed. They located my records and said the B service was due so they scheduled that with the recall.
I chose MB of Medford due a recommendation from a friend who had taken theirs there. I live 250 miles from the dealership so it is not a simple drop off event. I asked if I could overnight on their property so the vehicle would be there first thing and they said of course. I had not asked but they provided me with a loaner car. I asked the approximate time to complete the service and the really nice and competent service advisor Rachel said pretty much the whole day. I said I had hoped to get back to home before dark as I have to turn around and then back up hill into my RV cover.
I left and spend time visiting nearby historic towns. At about 2:30 I received a test message from Rachel saying my vehicle was ready. As I was nearby, I drove right over. I said I was surprised by the time finished and she said they put 2 technicians on it to get me out early. Also, they washed the entire outside. I was very impressed by both.
They did some addition things that were close to being due so now I am totally up to date on service schedules. I was also impressed they replaced the battery in the remote and wiper blades. I will be going back there for the next service.

Comments: Have used this MB Sprinter dealer for a couple of years now. They have done routine maintenance and a repair (bird nest build in air intake). Cost was reasonable for MB. And the service guys know their sprinters. Also gave me sound advice and let me save some money on a issue I thought I had.

Comments: Contact Ed Joseph, Sprinter Service Mgr. As of 8/3/2018, they can perform all service except wheel alignments on our Sprinter-based RVs. For us they did a software recall update. Our appointment was just 3 days out; it took just over an hour, as promised. Go to the address and look for the Mercedes-Benz dealer folding sign. (City of Tacoma has limited the # of signs in there.) Park somewhere near the M-B dealer and go in the front door to the service counters. Front faces I-5.
