Comments: We had work done on our LTV house (2016 Unity TB) at this center in May 2017. Easy to schedule for service within days of the call. Work included: adding valve stem extenders; walk-through of LTV house and chassis functions (as we had bought our LTV from private owner) for a total of about $400 and completed within one day.  In July 2017, we scheduled more house services: install NEW set of Interstate house batteries; install Fantastic Fan covers; install interior door handle on screen door; re-install wooden braces under front seat extensions that broke off (poor LTV design); annual maintenance on Onan LP generator (e.g. change oil, etc); diagnose weak charging of solar batteries; routine lube of the electric step, stabilizers, and awning knuckle; repair front door lock jamming and combo function intermittent failure. As we were visiting family, we left the unit and was it was done in 2-3 days. Total cost about $1600. Again, I have no mechanical aptitude. While in the shop, the service mgr Andy Fuchs noticed a “LP smell” on second day and diagnosed that the regulator had failed (somewhat common report on FB LTV enthusiasts website). Repair covered under warranty with LTV and part replaced.  I received estimates for all the work in advance and the services were professional and efficient. Service mgr was excellent at diagnosis and suggestions. Highly recommend.

Service Performed: Complete Solar Installation. We had 590 watts of solar panels installed, Victron 2000 watt inverter, Victron 100/50 solar controller, and 2 Battleborn Lithium Batteries installed.  All our 110 outlets are now inverted, including the refrigerator and microwave.
Evaluation of Service: Since we had no solar installed from the factory, AM Solar installed the roof panels and then drilled through the roof and ran wiring down to where our new inverter was installed.  They did an excellent and very clean job of running the wires and installing the components.  We’ve had the system now for 4 months and everything is running flawlessly.  We’re very satisfied and although the installation was expensive, we’re confident it was done correctly and professionally.  There is a five year warranty on their work.  Highly recommend.

Service Performed: Replaced defective window in our 2019 Unity TB, repaired worn spot on the arm of the side chair on passenger side, and repaired bubble in floor that was there when we took delivery.
Evaluation of Service: Emily was excellent in getting these repairs lined up.  An outside service person was brought in to do the floor and the chair arm.  He had the materials and tools to do an excellent job and you’d never know there has been a problem.  The window repair was also done with expertise and looks and performs perfect now.  I was most impressed at how quickly they were able to schedule us in.

Evaluation of Service: Good place. Difficult to schedule. Not reasonable on quoting length of time required. However, nice people and they try.  I wish it was closer to Va Beach but the only other close place is Snyder’s and I won’t go back there.   Both places “claim” to be LTV approved and they may be but neither had ever seen one before so the learning curve is long and confidence was low.  American tried hard, communicated well and did what they said. Prices were reasonable.
