Service Performed: Installed new propane regulator – this fixed our issue of our Onan 3600 generator not wanting to run for more than a minute and shutting down with error code 15.
Evaluation of Service: We saw the shop on our way to Walmart in Parker on a Wednesday about 1:00pm. They got me in the next day – Thursday at 1:00pm. I had already purchased the new regulator at RV Lifesyles in Quartzsite for $27.95 and replacement bolts and nuts at the hardware store in Parker for $3.95. You cannot take the existing bolts off with ordinary tools. They charged me for 1 hour labor, $69, and $5 for shop supplies, total $74 and was completed in under an hour. Tested generator and it’s working perfectly now! Note: He does not work on Onan generators since Cummins took over, Thanks to Leonard, Larry, Greg and everyone else at the LTV Quartzsite Camp that suggested the new propane regulator would fix the generator issue!

Service Performed: Fixed Dometic Fridge and Coach Door Handle
Evaluation of Service: These folks are a authorized by LTV to provide warranty repair to our LTV Coaches. I was referred to them by Willy who told me “they’ve never let us down”. I called on Friday and asked if I could come in asap for the visit. John said Monday would be a challenge but first thing Tuesday morning was good. I got the impression if I’d called earlier in the week he’d have taken us right away. John is the guy to call in fact the number posted here is his cell phone number. We have a 2013 Libero and had an issue with our Dometic fridge not cooling on LP as well as a broken hinge on our main coach door. We provided our own hinge otherwise would have had to wait for LTV to ship one as they did not have stock.

Date of Service: 6/28/2019
Service Performed: Safety check and maintenance
Evaluation of Service: This is a husband/wife mobile RV service team, based primarily in San Diego, although they also do service at Burning Man. Brent does the RV service, and Alana runs the business side. I needed to get everything checked out before we left on a trip. We got an appointment for the same week. They both showed up exactly on time. Brent spent about 90 minutes going through every system on the coach, checked everything over very thoroughly, quizzed me about my knowledge, and did a lot of explaining about the stuff I was a little fuzzy on. He is super knowledgeable, and they are both very nice people. They will be my first call when I need anything in the future.

Date of Service: October, 2018
Service Performed: Repair of damage to lower portion of coach on the passenger side
Evaluation of Service: We delivered the coach for an estimate in late August. They were told to order the replacement pars from LTV, as needed and let us know when they were in, so we could return van for service. Due to internal changes, this slipped thru the crack. We went back in late Sept, and started the process over again. They finally had the parts in hand in late October. We left the van with them for 4 weeks, and they completed work by early November. Paint job was excellent, mechanical repairs not so much. They returned van with the contact switch for the side door not working, so the stairs did not retract. I replaced switch on my own. The side door was removed as part of the repair work, and was not properly sealed upon being reinstalled on the van’s side. I was able to fix this by removing the top ran cap trim part, and caulking the top edge of the door. I have had this van into 3 shops for repairs and / or upgrades and each time, the work performed was less than satisfactory! I will continue to do as much of my own work, when I have the tools and energy to do so, because I know when I am finished, it will be done correctly!

Comments: We brought our 2016 Unity TB in for some work around Oct 2017, and scheduled quickly with Staci Kozeniesky.
Entry door jam was not aligning; lube the steps, awning, and stabilizer; replace shower door latch; repair wooden plate that converts twin beds to king (as we misaligned the edge – sheet caught under it) so foldout piece broke when we climbed up; LP drop test; tanks valves “sticking” (hard to pull out/in); emergency brake cover broke off; had a Smart RV Products Fridge-Fix Product #3 (which I bought) installed/wired into Dometic frig; had skid wheels (which I bought) installed on back skirt area;check backup camera; totally wash the entire RV; align battery cable on house battery so that caps can be easily opened to add water; total cost: about $1000 and done in 2 days (could have been 1.5, but we were visiting friends so gave them extra time). Comments: Drivers side stabilizer broken. Jammed due to snow during the winter in the extended position and dragged a few feet before noticing. Worked OK until a month ago, totally jammed. I was able to get in to Nichols, they diagnosed the problem, ordered replacement, worked with extended warrantee company and completed repairs. No muss, no fuss. Easy to deal with. As I was stored with them also, there was no rush to get the work done even though they got it done quickly. Also wash and wax.
Parts and labor for the stabilizer was $500+ but covered by warrantee…except for shipping. I dealt with Jackie…very helpful and professional. Submitted by: Alex Anderson

Comments: Before buying my 2017 Unity TB, I purchased a 2016 Winnebago Era from here. The electric flusher in the toilet of my Unity stopped working and I took it to them.. They had never had a LVT in their shop, and had never worked on an electric toilet before… They took it in, worked with Dometic and repaired it… The current Genl. Mgr. Christina, and Shop Foreman Eric are good folks.

I took my LTV to them with the failure of my electric step, which turned out to be the controller. They had a “kit” on hand, but only the controller was needed. Good job.. They are a busy place and took a week to get appt. I have a Good Sam ext. warranty with $50. deductible. Submitted by: Nick Gardner

Service Performed: Refrigerator and cooktop
Evaluation of Service: This shop went the second mile to do warranty work on refrigerator and cooktop. Then needed to contact Dometic multiple times to get the needed parts. Fighting on our behalf that it was covered under warranty. Dometic challenge the parts were not warranty. But they did not give up until we had what was needed. No charge for work.
